К новому интерфейсу App Store, iTunes Store, iBookstore в iOS 6 мы уже успели привыкнуть, но к отсутствию некоторых нужных функций привыкнуть куда труднее. Например, в iOS 6 по-прежнему нельзя прятать покупки непосредственно с мобильных устройств. Ещё одна функция, которая по неведомым причинам была вырезана в новом поколении iOS – возможность дарить приложения другим пользователям.

В честь приближающегося Рождества эту возможность решили вернуть обратно.

Теперь в списке возможных действий с приложением в App Store, которое появляется при нажатии на кнопку расшаривания, есть пункт “Подарить” (Gift).

Оформление подарков работает следующим образом:

вы выбираете приложение, которое хотите подарить

в меню расшаривания выбираете пункт “Подарить”

вводите e-mail человека, которому дарите программу

выбираете дату доставки подарка (максимально возможный срок доставки, который можно выбрать – 90 дней от текущей даты)

После этого с вашего счёта списывается стоимость приложения, а на указанный вами почтовик приходит промо-код от нужной программы.

Есть один важный нюанс: по правилам iTunes Store запрещено тратить деньги, зачисленные на ваш баланс от гифт-карточек, на какие-либо другие подарки, вы имеете право тратить их лишь на себя. Проще говоря, деньги на подарки всегда списываются с вашей банковской карточки, даже если у вас на счету есть деньги от гифт-карт.
