Apple has seeded the third beta of the upcoming iOS 6.1 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch to developers. The update is currently available over-the-air through Software Update in the Settings app.
Notice, that before installing 10.8.3, you have to download some application called «OS X Software Update Seed Configuration Utility» — you will be not able to start installation without it.
iTunes connect announced to its developers that it will be closed for Winter holidays from Friday, December 21, 2012 upto Friday, December 28, 2012. Durin these days apps can not be updated, prices can not be changed and those apps which are waiting for their first release - it will be postponed.

The new developer seed for OS X Server v2.2, Seed 2, is out. Apple sent an email to developer accounts, where announced the new download, and included a link to the seed download source, a set of instructions on how to instal and/or upgrade from various previous versions of OS X Server, and a PDF with the new changes detailed. The PDF also includes directions to focus testing with the new seed, as below.
Things To Test: • Simultaneous downloads from multiple clients • Downloading while the client is moved from one network to another • Caching servers in different network topologies, such as single vs. multiple subnets • Running multiple caching servers behind a single NAT • Compatibility with different network products you may have deployed at your site, such as filtering proxy servers.
Recently, developers who discovered a copy of their application in App Store, got a place to go. They can fill out a form on an iTunes Content Dispute form, and Apple will bring them in direct contact with offenders. If they do not back out, you can again apply to censors (already via e-mail) to give the application number and, ideally, get the copy removed.
